For over a decade, I worked in corporate operations. I was the person people called when something was broken, a deadline was on fire, or nobody could figure out why the process that made perfect sense on paper spectacularly failed in real life.
And I was good at it. Really damn good. I built systems for teams of hundreds, streamlined workflows held together by institutional stubbornness and duct tape, and earned a reputation as the person who could walk into chaos and leave behind something that worked.
But around year eight, I noticed something…
The founders and small business owners in my orbit were facing the exact same problems I solved every day. They just didn’t have access to the same operational support. After guiding my department through an acquisition, I was laid off when my role became redundant. I hadn’t planned to leave, but I knew where my experience could make a difference.
Now I work as an operations strategist and fractional COO for creative founders who are ready to stop being the bottleneck in their own business.
I embed in businesses, audit what’s working and what isn’t, build the infrastructure for sustainable growth, and help teams actually use it. The goal is simple: clearer workflows, confident decisions, and more room for life beyond work.
I’m also a wellness enthusiast and a firm believer that a well-built system is an underrated form of self-care. Building a business should leave room to take care of yourself, too.
