Well, sit tight and grab a mug, because we’re about to dive into the nitty-gritty of bone broth to discover its benefits, how to make it, and why it’s become all the rage.

First of all, what exactly is bone broth? Simply put, it’s a savory broth made by simmering animal bones, such as beef, chicken, or fish for a long period of time (typically 24-48 hours) with vegetables, spices, and herbs.
