Cookies and Tracking
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to keep the website working, remember your preferences, understand traffic, and measure marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the website may not work as intended. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the website does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Email Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or other emails, we will send you content and offers related to what you signed up for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@gentavazquez.com to be removed. We may still send transactional messages, such as receipts or account notices, after you unsubscribe.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us right away.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Opt out of marketing emails, targeted advertising, or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law
- Restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To make a request, email hello@gentavazquez.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

GENTA VAZQUEZ LLC is based in the United States, and the Services are operated from there. If you access the Services from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Albania, or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases for processing are: performing a contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
